Medical Insurance
401(K) Plan Our 401(k) plan has 20 different funds in which you can invest money deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis. In addition, TrueBlue has historically matched up to 25% of employees' contributions.
Short Term and Long Term DisabilityAt TrueBlue, you will automatically be enrolled (after 90 days of service) in the company’s short term and long term disability plan which is an income protection benefit payable to employees after a waiting period and who are disabled as defined by our life insurance carrier.
Life InsuranceAt TrueBlue, you will automatically be enrolled (after 90 days of service) in the company’s basic life insurance plan, which provides your beneficiary with $20,000 in the event of your death. The basic life insurance is provided by TrueBlue at no cost to you. You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance at an affordable rate through payroll deductions.
Flexible Spending AccountThis program allows employees to contribute pre-tax dollars toward health care and/or childcare spending accounts. Your pre-tax dollars may be used to pay eligible out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses.
Employee Stock Purchase PlanBy participating in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), you can purchase shares of TrueBlue stock and become an owner of the company you work for. As a full-time employee of TrueBlue, you may purchase your TrueBlue stock through payroll deductions and enjoy a 15% discount on the purchase price.
College Tuition Assistance ProgramWe encourage and want to assist employees in advancing their formal education. That’s why TrueBlue will reimburse employees up to 50% of the cost of tuition (up to $3,500 per year). All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the tuition reimbursement program upon completion of one year of service.
Employee Assistance ProgramOur employee assistance program helps employees maintain a balance between everyday life issues and work, such as locating a childcare provider, parenting, addiction recovery and more.
SECTION 529 College Savings PlanTrueBlue understands that saving for higher education can be a daunting task. That’s why we offer the opportunity to participate in the CollegeBound fund, a flexible, tax-advantaged section 529 plan. The plan offers a simple way to start building a college fund for your children or for your own education.
Employee Discount ProgramTrueBlue employees qualify for discount rates with well-known companies such as GlobalFit, which provides discounts at fitness facilities nationwide. We also have discount cell phone services with Nextel, Sprint and Verizon. Others include Office Max, 1-800 Flowers.com, and Grainger. Discounts may range between 5%-60% for certain authorized services.
